Working with Liam has been amazing, from the beginning he provided me with a tailored workout plan and macronutrient split which was specific towards my goals and which Liam analysed every few weeks and made changes, when changes need to be made.

Taking up personal coaching with Jonny has given me a new structured approach to improving my physical well-being, both in terms of regular workouts as well as balance nutrition. Conversations during the weekly check-ins have been very candid, and Jonny is very generous with sending motivating messages and kudos throughout the week. I was able to see results quickly and have gained the confidence to keep maintaining progress long-term.
